All rights, titles, and interests in and to the VarenyaZ and Global Intelligence Catalyst services and products, including all reports, data, and website content, are and will remain the exclusive property of VarenyaZ and its licensors. Your use of the services does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except for the limited use rights specified in these Terms and your purchased license.

VarenyaZ reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and will provide notice of any such changes on our website. Continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes. Either party may terminate the agreement under these Terms for any reason, provided proper notice is given.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to the interpretation thereof will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of INDIA, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and will be exclusively resolved in the courts of said jurisdiction.
